Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized handicraft products, personalized items, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return.
